How do I make a return?

Will I get charged for return shipping?

  • Never pay for return shipping! Return your item within 7 days after receiving your order. KAMO will cover the return shipping costs, and you will be refunded in full for the cost of your item.

How long does it take to get refunded?

  • Most returns are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Once your return has been processed and your refund issued, you will receive a return confirmation email. We won't leave you hanging!

Can I use more than one Promo Code on an order?

  • Unfortunately, our system is set up so that we can only apply one Promo Code per order. If you have any coupons with future expiration dates, make sure to save them for use on your next order!

Will my promo code be deducted from my refund?

  • Promotional value is subject to adjustment. For promotions with a minimum required spend, promotional savings will be deducted from refunds if a cancellation or return causes your order subtotal to drop below the required spend.

When will my order ship?

  • Orders with Ground Shipping can take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?

  • standard Ground Shipping typically orders arrive in 5 to 14 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped to track your package.

How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

  • If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact our Customer Care team at,so that we can correct your address. Once your package has shipped, we charges an $7 intercept fee plus transportation fees to change an address. This charge can be billed to your original method of payment, or a new method of payment can be provided to cover these costs.

What happens if I refuse a package or it is undeliverable?

Am I charged extra for shipping backordered items?

  • You will be charged shipping and handling only once. There are no additional shipping charges for backordered items that ship separately from the original order. Backordered items are sent via Ground Shipping.
