What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
  • Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional box for shipping transit. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return. If received damaged, shoes will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable.

    • Didn't return within 7 days,the return shipping cost of $7 will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

    How do I make a return?

      How do I make an exchange?

      • Attach the order number and the reason
      • Our customer service representatives will create a new order for the new item you would like to receive in exchange. 

        How long will it take to get my refund?

        • Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. We won't leave you hanging!

        Price Protection:

        • If you purchase a product and find within 72 hours the price has dropped, we will refund the difference.

        • If you fill in the wrong customer shipping address, you should bear 99% of the liability. If you have used the wrong address contact us as soon as you realize as once it is shipped we cannot change it.

        • If you wants to cancel an order within 24 hours after the payment has been confirmed, you will be eligible for a full refund.
        • It is still possible to cancel an order after 24 hours but only until when it has been shipped. If an order has been shipped, we can not cancel or modify it anymore.
