How do I place an order?

What currency is displayed at checkout?

  • We display all prices in USD. When placing an order online, you will want to take into consideration the conversion from USD to your country's currency. Depending on your country's currency, the price paid at checkout may differ from the amount deducted from your bank account.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

  • Yes! Orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology, the industry-standard authentication and encryption technology, to ensure your transactions are protected. With SSL implemented on both the client and server, information transmitted over the internet will remain unaltered and secure. Do you charge sales tax?

  • Orders are all tax-inclusive and will not charge you additional fee.

How do I check my Order Status?

  • Once you have submitted your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Orders generally take 1-2 business days for processing and may be subject to payment verification.

To check the current status of your order or to view your order history:

  • Sign In to your KAMO account.
  • Hover over My Account at the top of the page. Then select My Orders from the My Account dropdown.
  • Scroll down to locate the order you're interested in and click on the order number to display the order details.

    How do I track my order?

    • You will be sent an order confirmation email once your order has been received. A second shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been mailed, and it will include the tracking number for your package.

    What if the item I want is Out of Stock?

    • See something you like that's sold out? Sign up using the fields on the product page to be notified if an Out of Stock item comes back in; but until then, check out our site for daily updates and new products.

    What happens if my order is undeliverable?

    • We want to sort out any issues with your order right away! If you would like to reship or cancel an order that has been returned to us, please contact our Customer Care team at (86)17688829516/email:chenjinjun@kamodeal.com for assistance.

    Shipping Costs:


    The shipping cost of our products vary according to the type, location, shipping method, and warehouse you selected. You can view the shipping fees on each product page and at checkout.

    • An estimate of the shipping fees will be shown as you can see in the webpage.


    Shipping Availability Date:

    • Please note, however, that any shipping availability or delivery dates, times or periods mentioned here, or otherwise quoted or communicated to you in any form or manner, are merely estimates and are not guaranteed, and may be subject to delays for a variety of reasons, some of which may or may not be within our control.
    • For example, in some cases, your customs authority may hold your products which may delay the delivery date. 
    • If the order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, we will resend the order and attach an additional gift as compensation.
    • All items are carefully packed and addressed for export. Deliveries shall generally include customary one-way standard export packaging. (If, as an exception, we assume the packaging costs, then such costs shall be calculated on the basis of verifiable net costs.)
